Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman, an American gymnast is a former member of the Fierce Five 2012 and Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic Gymnastics teams. Aly Raisman was awarded three gold medals in the 2012 Olympics at London. In addition, she took home a bronze on the balance beam. This made her one of the very first American gymnast in the Olympics to earn the most medals. She won the gold in the team competition during the 2016 Olympics and made her and Gabby Douglas first Americans to win back-to-back golds. Her silver medals came in the floor individual and all-around events. Three years have passed since she last competed in competitive gymnastics. Additionally, she was part of the gold-winning American teams at two World Championships. At the age of 2, she began to learn gymnastics. The sport she loves the most is floor exercises. Aly supports the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization to commemorate her grandmother who passed away from cancer. She is planning to pursue the field of fashion, and hopes to broaden her leotard line as well as socks in the future. Fierce is a book that she will release later this year.
